A family owned business since 1985, StayHome Safe is a licensed and certified home modification specialist. While taking care of our own parents, Tom and I saw a wide variety of personal and health conditions that required home modifications to improve Mom and Dad’s living situation. From that experience, we decided that other families could benefit from our services.

We at StayHome Safe are continually studying all aspects of home modifications for independent living. We are certified by the University of Southern California National Resource Center on Supportive Housing and Home Modification, and members of their newly formed Community Advisory Council. We are also licensed general contractors and members of the National Association of Home Builders, allowing us to not only recommend changes you may need, but implement those changes in the safest manner.
